1.  Why does the client have to pay for the call?
We do have an 800 number (1-800-496-3114), but that is for customer service, account
administration and appointment scheduling.  We ask that you, our clients, make the call to us so
that you can receive an independent verification from an alternative independent source as to the
number of minutes you were on the call with us.  You will be able to verify the call length to
ensure you are not overcharged.  You will find that more often than not the amount you are
charged are a few minutes less than the length of call as annotated on your phone bill.  Our cost
saving pricing scheme is based on the client absorbing the cost of the call itself.  Finally many
people have unlimited long distance calling plans, and the hard cost for the telephone connection
itself is either free or negligible to the customer.
