| No. We’re sorry we can’t offer refunds once a reading has been conducted or reports have been produced. We invest a lot of time and energy into each reading and/or report. Unfortunately, not all the messages we have to convey are messages that are easy to hear. We strongly recommend that you use our services at the E-mail, Chat or Standard rate before making the investment in Concierge Service. |
