| 14. Are you really psychic? |
| Actually, I cringe at the term with images of Johnny Carson’s “Carnac” whizzing in my head! I consider myself more spiritualist and intuitive than “psychic,” but that is primarily a semantics situation. If by psychic do you mean I am sometimes able to pierce the veil, then yes, I'm “psychic.” Yes, I sometimes know things before they happen. Yes, I do get messages and see signs frequently. Yes, sometimes I do hear voices in my head (this being one of the only occupations where that is a good thing *smile*). I’ve been honing my skills for over forty years and I am good at what I do. I have chosen to take the step back and, as Walt Whitman said, “Take the Road Less Traveled;” by doing so I have been able to attune myself to my inner voices and inner knowing. It is this inner voice and inner knowing that I share with you. |
