24.  What happens if I don’t use all my minutes in my call?
Your minutes are held in trust for you.  You will receive an e-mail following the reading letting you
know how many minutes you have left.  If you do not have an e-mail address we will be happy to
tell you your minute balance through our Customer Service number at 1-800-496-3114.
Standard Plan client minutes are held in trust for up to one year.  After one year if you haven’t
used the minutes you will receive a final notice to your last known e-mail address letting you know
the minutes are getting ready to expire.   If we do not hear back from you we will try to reach
you at the last known phone number or mailing address we have for you.  If we don’t hear back
from you within 30 days from the notice of minutes being ready to expire, your minutes will expire
and your account will be closed due to inactivity.
By their very nature
Concierge Service accounts carry minutes forward.  The time for your call
will be deducted from your Concierge minute balance.  You will receive an e-mail update of your
minute status following the call.  Concierge accounts with no activity for one year will receive a
final notice to your last known e-mail letting you know the minutes are getting ready to expire. If
we do not hear back from you we will try to reach you at the last known phone number or mailing
address we have for you.  If we don’t hear back from you within 30 days from the notice of
minutes being ready to expire, your minutes will expire and your account will be closed due to
inactivity.  Concierge clients can ensure to keep minutes active by keeping in contact and letting
us know they want to keep their minutes active.  One call in six months will maintain a Concierge
account in active status (remember, we’re trying to make this easy for you).  The “keep my
account active” notice can be easily made at no cost to the client to our administrative customer
service line –
