25.  I signed up for one of the Concierge Service Plans, how do I
cancel it?
We set up Concierge Service Plans for those who are willing to make a bit of investment to
ensure that their reader is available to them as quickly and directly as possible.  We have a no
refund policy once you have begun to use your minutes.  (Calling to schedule appointments if you
choose -- remember Concierge clients don’t need appointments to receive their readings -- does
not constitute using minutes.)  If you have not used any minutes nor received any of the
associated reports and decide to
cancel, we will refund any payment you have made if the
request is made within thirty days of payment.  Please note that your refund will be minus any
fees and costs we have had to incur in accepting your
Concierge Service Plan Enrollment
payment.
