| 4. How come you only charge $1.00 per minute for the Concierge Service Plans and $1.50 per minute for the Standard Service Plan? |
| The Standard Plan at $1.50 per minute is for those folks who have one or two questions or are looking for just a quick reading. We want to be able to offer services to these callers. However, because of administrative costs (we do it *all* ourselves) we have to charge an additional 50 cents per minute for those short term callers. There are actually more costs incurred in doing the bookwork for the smaller sales, etc. The Concierge Service Plans include a minimum balance purchase. This minimum balance purchase allows us to offer services to the Concierge Client at a lower administrative cost than those to the infrequent or new caller who only has a few questions. |
