| Unfortunately, due to minute tracking, we are unable to allow more than one person to “own” the minutes in a Concierge Account. (However, as described above, some of your Concierge minutes can be used to give a gift of reading minutes to a friend. Just let us know how many minutes you want available for your sister. For example you purchase a Plan that includes a total of 750 minutes. If you wanted your sister to have “joint” use, you would contact us and let us know that you would like your sister have use of 375 minutes of the account, and provide us with her name as described above. If you would like the minutes available to her for more than the 30 days stipulated above, just let us know you would like the minutes to be “open use.” This will let us know that you want these minutes available to your sister as long as they last.) |
