A great bath oil to ease the mind and help relaxation!

2 parts oatmeal
2 parts dried herbs
1 part grated soap

Place in cloth bag and use as a washcloth.

1.5 cups of Epsom Salts(or rock sea salt)
1/3 cup liquid honey
2 drops of yellow food coloring
3 drops essential oil (optional as the honey gives a nice soft scent)

Take the salts and place them in a bowl with the honey. Stir well. It should seem sticky. Combine food color and oil (if used). Stir the food coloring into the honey/salt mixture.

Cover in bowl for 30 min. before jarring.

Use ¼ cup of mixture for each bath, drop into hot running water.

4.5 cups sea salt
3 cups Epsom Salts
3 cups powdered milk
10 drops vanilla oil
5 drops strawberry oil
3 drops sweet orange
2 drops rose.

Place all ingredients in a large container and shake well. If you don’t have a great big pot (a “dutch oven” is normally large enough to mix this batch in) a large plastic storage container works well too. After combining well, let sit for 30 minutes. Place in jars to allow the salts to properly absorb the scents. These salts need not be colored.

1 cup sea salt (or Epsom Salt)
1 tablespoon of baking soda
3 drops bergamot oil
